Deposit of 180 euros given back after the inventory and report on state of repair except some damages of the premises and facilities of the campsite noticed. This inventory and report on state of repair will only be done during the opening time of the reception, you are in charge of the cleaning of the accommodation otherwise an amount of 50 € will be deducted from the deposit.

The pitch must be let as tidy as it was found on arrival at the end of the stay.
Attention : there is neither arrival nor departure when the reception is closed.
In case of delay, inform the management, the camping pitch or the renting remaining available 24 hours with no discount as regards the stay.
Over this delay, the management can use the pitch or the renting, the amount paid first being kept by the campsite.
In any case, no offender would get compensation from the management.
Any reservation is specified with a name and under no circumstances, it can't be let or sublet.
Under no circumstances, the people who are to occupy the pitch can't be replaced by third ones. People under 18 must come with ( one of ) their parents. Failure to respect these clauses will lead to the cancellation of the agreement and the loss of the deposit paid when reserving.
The reservation will be actual once we have agreed, received the agreement and cashed the deposit that is 300 euros for a pitch or 400 euros for a renting , including 35 euros for management charges.
Once this deposit received you'll be sent the confirmation of your reservation.
The stay balance has to be paid on your arrival except payment by ANCV holiday vouchers paid one month before your arrival.
There's no discount for late arrival or early departure. Any change as regards the agreement can lead to cancellation.
NB : The preferences mentioned at the time of reservation will be met according to availabilities, with no liability from the company.
In any case, the cancellation has to be made by registered letter to send to "les Mimosas" campsite.
For a possible refund of the paid amounts : 2 possibilities
Any tenant and camper must take out insurance. The management is not liable for theft, fire, bad weather or other disaster coming from the tenant or the camper.
Any pet owner has to be able to give the updated health record and a certificate of insurance.
In case of dispute, the only competent courts are Béziers.
Under no circumstances the number of tenants or campers can be exceeded, children and babies included. Any person (once the management has agreed) not mentioned on the agreement will be charged 9,50 € + tourist tax per day.
You must wear the wristband all your stay long.
Swimsuit is compulsory. Swimming trunks forbidden. Supervised swimming July August, but use of water space under the surveillance of parents.
Any camper must respect the rules of the campsite. Without any notice or refund, the management reserves the right to evict the people who seriously fail to respect the rules or who have given false information as regards the occupiers of the plot or rented accommodation. Children are exclusively in the care of their parents who are liable in criminal law and juridically, in particular using the games made available just as in the water park. Fires and barbecues are forbidden. Barbecues are available on equipped areas near each toilet block. Electric barbecues can't exceed 1000 w with a dimmer.
